Simple Return Policy – Online and In-Store
To help you enjoy your time in, on, and around the water, we stand behind the products we sell. If you’re not satisfied with your Sin City Scuba purchase, please let us help you with a return, exchange or repairs.
Most items we sell can be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase (less the shipping charge, for items which we offer free shipping the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted). Items must be in new condition, with original tags, packaging, and manuals along with your sales receipt.
All materials, and manuals will need original manufacturers packaging. Books, DVD’s, CD’s and Videos may not be returned (due to copyright laws). Our refund policy does not apply to special orders or non-stocking items.
The following items may not be returned or exchanged.
Hookah diving systems, air compressors, and diving scooters all have motors. Like a new car that you drive off the lot, it is used and can’t be re-sold. Warranty returns need to go back to manufacturer for repairs.
Diving computers with logged dives
Camera and imaging equipment that has been removed from original packaging
Bathing suits, mouth pieces, and snorkels are items of personal hygiene and for health reasons may not be returned once used or worn. Items that have never been worn or used in original packaging or with original tags attached are never a problem to return.
SCUBA cylinder sales are final. Sorry, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on tanks.

E-learning is not refundable.

No refunds will be given on unused equipment or for early returns or returned gear that is damaged.
Class Refunds
eLearning course fees are non-refundable. Remainder of course fees may be refunded with written cancellation notice received 7 days prior to the first date of class. 50% refund available for written cancellation notice received within 7 days of the first date of class. Class fees are non-refundable: (1) on or after the first day of class, or (2) in the case of no-shows. Make-up sessions are assessed additional fees. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of notice of cancellation. Please see our Student Guide for more info
Note: inappropriate, unsafe or abusive behavior towards any employee, volunteer, or students will not be tolerated. Removal from the course with no refund will occur.
To make it easy on you, items purchased in-store or online can be brought back to our store or mailed to our warehouse for exchange or refund.
How to Return or Exchange in a Store
Simply bring back your item in its original product packaging (tags attached for clothing) with proof of purchase to the customer service desk for return or exchange.
How to Send Us a Return
Pack the item securely, including the original product packaging and tags. (Tip: Re-use the bag or box your order came in. Be sure to cover all existing shipping labels!)

Send your package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Unfortunately, Sin City Scuba is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
